3. I want to email my application and I use an Internet-based email, such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail.

Option 1: Print & Mail Application

Option 2: Electronic Application with Desktop Email (e.g. Outlook)

   Click here to download the application for Rotary-GLP Tour (open to members of Rotary International & spouses only) (PDF)
2. If prompted to update your Adobe Reader, we suggest that you do so. Although not required, it is a free download and will improve your ability to view and fill out the application.
3. If you do not have the latest version of Adobe Reader, you must fill out the application all at once. This form is read-only and therefore cannot be saved to your local computer unless you have Adobe Reader 9.
4. Once your application is completed, click the “Submit Form” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to email it to CoEd. 
5. Click here to pay your deposit or full tour payment online.
6. If you do not receive an email confirmation from CoEd within one business day, your application was not submitted correctly. Please contact Jennifer at jennifer@coeduc.org for assistance. Thank you!

Option 3: Electronic Application with Internet-based Email (e.g. Yahoo)

   Click here to download the application for Rotary-GLP Tour (open to members of Rotary International & spouses only) (PDF)
2. You MUST download the latest version of Adobe Reader. You will not be able to correctly submit the application without taking this step. *
3. Once your application is completed, click the “Submit Form” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 
4. You will be prompted to save your application and manually attach it to an email. Again, if you do not have Adobe Reader 9, your application will be saved as a blank form and everything you entered will be erased.
5. Click here to pay your deposit or full tour payment online.
6. If you do not receive an email confirmation from CoEd within one business day, your application was not submitted correctly. Please contact Jennifer at jennifer@coeduc.org for assistance. Thank you!
