Don't Miss Any of CoEd's Fall Events!
Your next evening out can make a difference in the lives of Guatemalan schoolchildren. By attending any of the following events, you can help bring vital educational materials and training to rural communities in need. All proceeds benefit our programs in Guatemala. There are two important changes to Fall Fiesta this year:
1. Fall Fiesta is earlier than usual this year! The event will take place on October 9, which is fast approaching. Don't miss it!2. Advance reservation is requested this year, so reserve your space today!
 Join us at the Xavier University Cintas Center from 6-10 p.m. on Saturday, October 9 for Fall Fiesta: An Evening in Antigua. Fall Fiesta, our annual fundraiser, is a fun-filled evening of live music, food, and live and silent auctions. Tickets are advance purchase only this year, so buy yours today! Even if you can't make it, you could still win a trip to the Cayman Islands through our Luxury Raffle! October 21, 2010: Fall Fiesta Atlanta
 Join Jeff Berninger, CoEd staff members and CoEd/GLP supporters at the Metropolitan Club in Alpharetta, Georgia from 7-10 p.m. for an exciting evening of food, drinks, and exclusive auction items, including an African safari!

 Learn how to make a traditional Guatemalan meal from Elvira Batz, who is visiting Cincinnati from Antigua.

CoEd is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant position!
Please help CoEd by spreading the word about our new job opening. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and resourceful. This person will also possess:  A two-year college degree. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Experience in clerical and/or administrative positions. An interest in supporting the organization's mission through an administrative support role. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; high comfort level in dealing with people. An ability to work on many tasks at once. Strong abilities in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Database experience a plus. Quickbooks experience a plus. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
