envelope icon Option 1: Print & Mail Application

  1. Download an application (PDF) for the Snapshot Tour (all dates). (You will need Adobe Reader, a free download, to view the application. If you have any trouble with the PDF, please contact Jennifer Sands at jennifer@coeduc.org for assistance.)

    You may also request a mailed, paper application from Jennifer Sands at jennifer@coeduc.org or 513-731-2595, ext. 101.
  2. Pay Deposit & Mail Application: Along with your application, we require a nonrefundable US$200 deposit to secure your place on the tour. Please make checks payable to “Cooperative for Education.” Alternatively, you can pay online through our secure payment system, even if you are mailing your application. However, we will need both your completed application and your US$200 deposit to officially reserve a seat on the tour

  3. Get Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation that your application and deposit have been accepted and that you have a secured place on the tour. Along with the confirmation, you will receive advice concerning immunizations, packing, and other helpful information.

Outlook icon Option 2: Electronic Application with Desktop Email (e.g. Outlook)

  1. Download an application (PDF) for the Snapshot Tour (all dates). You will need Adobe Reader, a free download, to view the application.
  2. Update Adobe: If prompted to update your Adobe Reader, we suggest you do so. Although not required, it is a free download and will improve your ability to view and fill out the application.
  3. For Old Adobe Versions: If you do not have Adobe Reader 9 or higher, you must fill out the application all at once. Any changes you make to this form cannot be saved to your local computer unless you have Adobe Reader 9.
  4. Submit Your Application! Once your application is completed, click the “Submit Form” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to email it to CoEd using your preferred desktop email. 
  5. Pay Deposit: Pay your deposit or full tour payment online.
  6. Receive Confirmation: If you do not receive an email confirmation from CoEd within one business day, your application was not submitted correctly. Please contact Jennifer Sands at jennifer@coeduc.org for assistance. Thank you!

Yahoo icon Hotmail icon Gmail icon Option 3: Electronic Application with Internet-based Email (e.g. Yahoo)

  1. Download Application: Download the application (PDF) for the Snapshot Tour (all dates).
  2. Get Adobe Reader: If you do not have Adobe Reader 9 or higher, you MUST download it here. You will not be able to correctly submit the application without taking this step.*
  3. Fill Out Your Application: Once your application is completed, click the “Submit Form” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 
  4. Attach Your Application to an Email: You will be prompted to save your application and manually attach it to an email. Again, if you do not have Adobe Reader 9, your application will be saved as a blank form and everything you entered will be erased.
  5. Pay Deposit: Pay your deposit or full tour payment online.
  6. Receive Confirmation: If you do not receive an email confirmation from CoEd within one business day, your application was not submitted correctly. Please contact Jennifer Sands at jennifer@coeduc.org for assistance. Thank you!

*NOTE: If you do not want to download Adobe Reader 9, you will not be able to submit an electronic application using Internet-based email. If you have an older version of Adobe Reader, you may still print & mail your application or submit your application using desktop email such as Outlook. If you do not have Adobe Reader and do not wish to download it, you may request a paper application by contacting Jennifer Sands at 513-731-2595, ext. 101, or jennifer@coeduc.org.
